Cesar Cielo is an Olympic champion, world champion, and world record holder in Brazilian swimming. Recognized for his trajectory of excellence, he has established his name as one of the greatest athletes in the history of national sports.

World record holder in the 50m freestyle since 2009 and in the 100m freestyle between 2009 and 2024, he has accumulated 22 medals at Olympic Games and World Championships. He is the Brazilian athlete with the highest number of medals at World Championships, totaling 19 achievements, 11 of which in individual events.

In the talk "High performance, operational efficiency and intelligent execution," Cesar Cielo shares the principles that led him to the highest level of world sports, demonstrating how discipline, focus, continuous improvement, and excellence in execution can drive consistent results in organizations and high-performance teams.

Hugo Rodrigues is a partner and shareholder at WMcCann and one of the leading figures in Brazilian advertising. Elected the most admired advertiser by clients by Agency Scope in 2018, 2020, and 2022, he was chosen by IPG group to succeed Washington Olivetto in 2017. Throughout his career, he has led two agencies to the elite of the Brazilian market, as former Chairman of McCann Worldgroup and former CEO of Publicis. Founder of the strategy and innovation startup Aldeiah, he has accumulated over 20 Lions at Cannes and over 30 Effie Awards. He also serves on the boards of SBT, Lupo, UNICEF, and ECA-USP and was the only advertiser included in Bloomberg's "500 Most Influential in Latin America" list in 2022.

In the talk "AI-driven economy and human impact: consumer desire, societal transformation and new generations," he shares his vision on how artificial intelligence is redefining consumer behavior, accelerating business transformations, and shaping the relationship between brands, technology, and new generations.

Lais Souza is a former gymnast of the Brazilian National Team and one of the greatest references in overcoming challenges in sports. She began her career at age 4 and, at 12, was called up to the national team. She represented Brazil in three Olympic Games, World Championships, and World Cups, overcoming 17 surgeries throughout her career and achieving 4th place at the Artistic Gymnastics World Championship. After transitioning to aerial skiing and securing a spot for another Olympics, she suffered an accident that transformed her life and marked the beginning of a new trajectory of resilience and inspiration.

In the talk "Innovation that challenges the status quo and generates impact: inclusion, democratization of technology and connectivity, and resilience," she shares lessons on adaptation, courage, and reinvention, showing how the ability to overcome challenges, break paradigms, and expand access to innovation can generate positive impact on individuals, teams, and organizations.

Elisa Pereira is a researcher at the Stanford Digital Economy Lab and the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI), where she investigates value creation through artificial intelligence. Co-founder of UniAngels and former Partner at 39A Ventures, she has accumulated experience in venture capital and AI implementation in organizations.

Her research at the Stanford Digital Economy Lab analyzes 51 real cases of artificial intelligence application, identifying that 77% of the most difficult challenges in AI implementations are not technical, but related to incentive, process, and organizational behavior.

In the talk "Far beyond AI washing: lessons from 51 successful applications," she shares practical lessons that demonstrate how success in AI depends on people who understand people and processes that make sense to those who execute them.
