Futurecom will feature an Advisory Board composed of professionals recognized for their experience, performance, and expertise in different areas of the technology, connectivity, innovation, and digital transformation ecosystem.

These professionals will play a strategic role in building and evolving the event, contributing market insights, trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as supporting the identification of relevant topics for the agenda and for the different audiences that are part of Futurecom.

The participation of the Advisory Board members expands the dialogue between the market, companies, institutions, and specialists, bringing different perspectives to create an experience increasingly aligned with the sector's needs.

Carlos Eduardo Sedeh

CEO of SAMM

Carlos Eduardo Sedeh is CEO of SAMM, a Brazilian technology and digital infrastructure company focused on the corporate market. With solid experience in the telecommunications, technology, and infrastructure sectors, he leads the company's strategic direction and the expansion of solutions that connect connectivity, cloud, data center, security, and artificial intelligence to companies' digital transformation needs.

He is Vice President of the Board of TelComp (Brazilian Association of Competitive Telecommunications Service Providers) and has extensive experience in new business, expansion, and strategic development in the Brazilian telecommunications sector.

An economist graduated from FAAP, he holds an Executive MBA from FGV.

José Luis De Souza

CEO of FITec Labs

José Luis De Souza is a Telecommunications Engineer with an extension in Software from PUC – Madrid. He currently serves as CEO of FITec Labs, where he leads innovation and technological development initiatives.

Throughout his professional career, José Luis has accumulated extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, having held strategic positions in leading market companies. He was President of Tess (Claro) and DARUMA, and also served as Executive Director in organizations such as ATL (Claro), Teleco, Odebrecht, Grupo Itamarati, Northern Telecom, Batik, and Avel.

His solid academic background and extensive executive experience consolidate his expertise in management, innovation, and digital transformation in the Brazilian and international corporate landscape.

Elias Sfeir

President of ANBC and INDC

President of ANBC - National Association of Credit Bureaus and INDC - National Institute for Credit Democratization, and also represents Latin America on the World Bank Credit Committee.

An executive with a solid international track record, he has multicultural experience in the USA, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and over 15 years in leadership positions at global companies. He represents Brazil in international credit sector entities in various parts of the world, such as ALACRED (Latin America), ACCIS (Europe), and BIIA (Asia-Pacific and Middle East).

A Certified Board Member and Member of IBCG, he is an engineer from Poli-USP, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, specialization in E-leadership and ESG from Unicap, and a master's degree from Kellogg Business School-NWU.

Recently, he has stood out in global forums on credit and innovation. He has participated in events such as: World Conference on Consumer Credit Reporting (Mexico), FIBA AML 2026 Conference (Miami), 59th FELABAN Assembly (Miami), ACCIS Conference (Amsterdam), World Bank Credit Reporting Forum (Angola), ICCR Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting and BIIA Conference (Malaysia), ICCR Africa Regional Advisory Group Meeting (South Africa), where he discussed topics such as regulation, artificial intelligence, governance, open banking, and cybersecurity, establishing himself as an international reference in the sector.

Luis Minoru Shibata

Director of Strategy and New Business at Highline

Over three decades in the field, Luis Minoru Shibata has accumulated experiences that rarely go together: market vision, consulting, and execution. He was Managing Director for Latin America at Yankee Group, Vice President of Strategy (Chief Strategy Officer) at TIM Brasil, and Director of Consulting and CIO at the former PromonLogicalis, now Logicalis. He currently serves as Director of Strategy and New Business at Highline, leading one of the country's main independent telecommunications infrastructure platforms. As a board member, mentor, private equity advisor, and angel investor in startups, Minoru is also known for his publications about the sector and recurring presence as a speaker and source at major telecommunications events and media outlets. A São Paulo native based in Rio de Janeiro, he divides his time between business strategy, the tennis court, and the waves.

Hermano do Amaral Pinto Junior  

Strategic Advisor in Technology and Energy

Hermano Pinto is an electrical engineer, graduated from the Polytechnic School of USP and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from FEA-USP, with a professional master's degree in business management from Duke University in North Carolina (USA).

For 30 years he worked at Siemens Group companies in the telecommunications and technology areas, holding various management positions in Brazil, Latin America, and Europe. In Munich, he held the position of Global President of the Wireless Access Business Unit with production facilities in Italy, Israel, and Germany and business operations in approximately 25 countries.

Recognized as one of the "thirty reference professionals in the telecommunications market," according to the Pulso 2026/2027 study by FSB Holding, he remains active in various sectors of national infrastructure, such as Transportation, Logistics, Construction, Energy, Telecommunications, and Technology. He is a director at FIESP and ABEPREST, specialist coordinator at IBTD, and board member of several organizations, including the British group Informa, where he serves as "Strategic Advisor" in Technology and Energy.
