Entry is prohibited for minors under 18 years of age, unless they are accompanied by their parents or guardian, who must sign a liability waiver upon entry, thus allowing entry to the minor. Attention: From the age of 12, it is necessary to purchase a ticket to participate in Futurecom.

Yes, app or taxi cars are allowed. Furthermore, at the event location, there is a boarding and disembarking point specifically designated for these cases, aiming to facilitate access and ensure the comfort of participants.
Yes, there will be free transportation to the event location and shuttle vans will be available from 9am to 9pm. Meeting points: Santos Imigrantes Station (green subway line) and Plaza Sul Shopping Mall.

As it is a business tradeshow for industry professionals, entry will not be permitted to individuals wearing flip-flops, tank tops, and/or shorts.
Yes, we will provide motorized wheelchairs for accessibility at the event. In addition, the venue has access ramps and elevators for access to the pavilion, and all areas, including the stands, are accessible via ramps. If you need to use a motorized wheelchair, you must request one at the entrance to the event.
