We have three different tracks, each with a specific price: Future Congress, Future Cyber, and Future GOV. You can choose the track that interests you the most or purchase the Full Pass or FutureVIP ticket, which provides access to all tracks according to your preferences and needs.

The venue has parking with 6,500 spaces, including 4,500 in a parking garage with direct access to the event pavilion and automated payment. Additionally, there are 430 bicycle spaces with free access.

The São Paulo Expo parking garage also features a charging station for hybrid and electric cars, with a power of 3.7 KVA and two types of cables (TYPE 1 and TYPE 2). The equipment is operated by Índigo and allows for the charging of one vehicle at a time, free of charge.

Yes, app or taxi cars are allowed. Furthermore, at the event location, there is a boarding and disembarking point specifically designated for these cases, aiming to facilitate access and ensure the comfort of participants.

For your convenience, we offer a luggage storage service so you can store your belongings, which includes space for small suitcases. Participants can use this service to safely store their belongings during the event, for a fee of R$45.00.

Yes, the certificate will be issued after the event to those who respond to the satisfaction survey sent via participant email, only for congress attendees.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Brazil), the customer may cancel the purchase of a ticket made electronically within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the customer has not used the access and/or benefits acquired (access to the online or in-person event).

The right to cancel does not apply to purchases made in person.
