To value the sustainable practices of the exhibiting companies, Informa Markets, organizer and promoter of Futurecom, will carry out the 2023 Sustainable Stand Award, which will publicize and reward the brands with the most sustainable stands.
To participate, the exhibiting company must read and agree with all the information contained in this page and, at the end of the page, click on the link and fill in the REGISTRATION and QUESTIONNAIRE fields.
The information in the QUESTIONNAIRE will be verified and evaluated in loco at the event, by the consultancy partner of Informa Markets.
It should be noted that participation is free and voluntary.
1- Regulation
1.1- Evaluation criteria, scoring and tiebreaker
• The quiz features 19 multiple-choice questions with scores ranging from 0 to 5 points.
• Questions that are not answered will receive 0 (zero) points.
• The maximum score that can be achieved is 113 points.
• The questions that present greater care with socio-environmental responsibility have greater weight and consequently are worth more points. This information is contained in the QUESTIONNAIRE.
• The stand that obtains the highest score in its category will be considered the winner of the award.
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be the one with the highest scores in the questions with the highest weight. This information is contained in the QUESTIONNAIRE.

11. What means of transport will employees use to arrive at the event?
12. What is the means of transport used to transport the equipment in the assembly and disassembly of the stand?
13. How many trips are needed to transport the equipment for setting up the stand?
14. How many trips are needed to transport equipment when dismantling the stand?
15. Was PPE used during stand assembly?
16. How accessible is the stand? (Access Ramp / Tactile Floor / Handrail / Braille Panels / Sound Communication)
17. Are there PCD people in the stand's operating team?

1.3- Categories (by booth size)
The award has 4 categories, according to the size of the stand.
• Green: up to 29.99m²
• Yellow: over 30m² to 59.99m²
• Blue: over 60m² to 99.99m²
• White: over 100m²
2- Deadlines
• Application and completion of the questionnaire: until October 1, 2023
• Event date: October 03 to 05, 2023
3- Acknowledgments
The 2023 Futurecom Sustainable Stand Award will have 3 (three) forms of recognition, as shown below.
3.1- Sustainable Stand Award Winners 2023 Futurecom
The exhibiting companies and their respective assemblers will receive a seal and a certificate of Winners of the Sustainable Stand Award 2023 Futurecom of their respective categories, which can be used after the event, in any means of communication.
3.2- Sustainable Stand Seal 2023 Futurecom
All exhibiting companies that reach a score equal to or greater than 56 (or 50%) will receive the Sustainable Stand 2023 Futurecom seal, which can be used after the event, in any means of communication.
3.3- Company Seal participating in the 2023 Futurecom Sustainable Stand Award
All companies that sign up and fill out the questionnaire will receive the Company Seal participating in the 2023 Futurecom Sustainable Stand Award, which can be used before, during and after the event, in any means of communication.
