Futurecom is a Telecom and IT event, which is held annually in the city of Florianopolis, with approx. 7.000 attendees, 2.800 of which participate in the International Seminar. The reason why the event is organized in Florianopolis is to create an environment that provides meetings between market professionals and executives during the whole event period.
Futurecom negotiates the sale of Sponsorship Quotas instead of renting the areas. The Sponsorship Quotas include, besides the exhibition space, entrance tickets to the International Seminar and the Business Trade Show, entitles the sponsor to publicize his logo on the promotional material of the event and to participate in the International Seminar with a Speech or Panel.
There are three ways of participating in Futurecom:
• With a booth at the Business Trade Show – Pavilions of “A” and “B” wings;
• With a Business Suite - rooms for networking and business development – the Business Suites are assembled and personalized according to the customer’s choice and include the assembly services: furniture items, decoration, computing equipments, electric structure, telecom and internet services, hostess, waiter, buffet and cleaning. The Business Suites are located on the upper floor of Centro Sul Convention Center;
• Through Merchandising - this is an alternative or a complementary option, which consists of publicity actions taken by the event sponsors.
